what we do
After our journey in opening a luxury boutique real estate company, we figured out the hard stuff was broker support, contract compliance and accounting to manage large growing teams. Our vision was to help teams grow independent focusing on what they do best: sales, marketing and training. What we also did better than the competition was charge a flat fee per transaction.
After a career in technology sales management and global contracting, Jane Byrd founded a successful luxury boutique flat fee transaction based real estate brokerage. With a passion for helping more teams and entrepreneurs succeed, bleue byrd was formed.
